Ohio Valley Mushrooms is a Wheeling, West Virginia project hosted by local Jeremiah Stevens based in the downtown Wheeling area. Our goal is to recycle spent coffee from local shops and restaurants to make beautiful Oyster Mushrooms of many colors and flavors. Not only do we grow on coffee, we also use masters mix (hardwood sawdust and soy hulls), and also wheat straw! Feel free to message me and ask any questions or advice about how you can grow your own mushroom paradise!
